How I'd wear #1

How I'd wear Bambi...

I saw a Givenchy style sweatshirt in primark. I bought it but then couldn't bring myself to wear it, so returned it.

I would never be able to afford the real thing, But here is how I would wear it...
Sweatshirt: Givenchy
Jeans: Paige Verdugo
Black Trousers: Balmain
Printed Joggers: Topshop
Grey Skirt: J.W Anderson
Tartan Skorts: Topshop
Cream Skirt: Carven
Black Boots: Alien
Trainers: New Balance 574
Heels: Topshop
Bag: Michael Kors
Earrings and Midi Rings: Topshop
Red Lipstick: Lancome
Pink Lipstick: Victoria's Secret

The majority of the above, I also wouldn't be able to afford! ha. However we can all dream of how we would wear these items, especially for inspiration when shopping on the high street and online!

How would you wear yours?

Forgotten Garden

So that task I was doing at work, planning and implementing a display case in a shopping centre. I did it yesterday morning. After the research and sourcing the props, I just hoped that it would look as good in real life as it did in my head. and it did! yay!

I loved researching a theme and had a couple of ideas but decided on a 'forgotten garden' theme, as its officially been Autumn for a while now, well you may even call it winter here in Scotland! I felt like it was a little bit of a safe theme, but I tried to put my own twist on it. I had to stop myself getting carried away and remember that the purpose of the display was to showcase the shoes! haha.

I love creating mood boards, so when I was given this task I didn't pass up the opportunity to create one!

My handy work -

What's your Autumn theme?

D for denim and D for dungarees.

I have already done a post on dungarees, but it took me a while to actually wear mine. Now I am used to them, I love em and they are my fail safe, throwing them on when I am having a 'don't know what to wear moment.' And don't deny it, we all have these moments, me probably too often. Ha.

So anyway, here's how I wore my dungarees the last two times. Pretty chilled. The weather was so gorgeous, (when these photos were taken, its been a bit hit and miss since then) it meant I could wear sleeveless tops underneath, which I really like and it's comfortable, also avoids T-shirt tan lines!

I have been really busy lately as..... I GOT THE VM JOB I PREVIOUSLY POSTED ABOUT. So I am moving to Scotland. Very scary. Nervous. Excited. Sad. So I have been making plans to move, and seeing my loved ones, as I am going to miss them terribly. We are all going out on Saturday evening and I have a couple of outfit ides. I'm sure i'll post them on here next week.

Back to the point...

Dungarees - Urban Outfitters
Grey sleeveless top - H&M
White sleeveless top - Topshop
Flatform sandals - Topshop (which I impulse bought in the sale, and regretted but now I've actually worn them, I love them. They literally go with everythang.)
New Balance trainers - Schuh
Fishnet socks - Asos
Nike Jacket - Vintage from the shop 'Junk' on Sadler Gate, Derby. If you haven't been in, you must.
Sunglasses - Wild Clothing in Nottingham
Rings - Mixture of vintage, Topshop and Primark

Next post might be from Scotland... eeeeee.....
